Salient Features

  • College has a IQAC under which various activities are conducted.
  • The college has an IIC which encourages students to participate and excel. The committee regularly meets to address issues of concern to staff and students.
  • Spacious class rooms with good seating infrastructure which are well illuminated and well ventilated. Average area of each class room is about 550 sq. ft.
  • Teachers can make power point or multimedia presentations in these class rooms.

  • Central computing facility with about 180 computers with core 2 duo processor and above computers. Internet connectivity is provided to all computers.
  • 2 more computer laboratory with about 20 core 2 duo processors and above computers provided with internet connectivity. These computers are loaded with software.
  • English Language laboratory with about 26 core i3 processor computers loaded with communication software and internet connectivity.
  • Extra-curricular activities including extension activities are carried out regularly
  • Indoor games like Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis, etc. are conducted in the outdoor auditorium. The Shuttle Badminton and Ball Badminton are also conducted in the outdoor auditorium.
  • Outdoor Sports are conducted in the college field. Volleyball, Throwball, Kabadi and athletic events are conducted regularly.
  • There is a full-fledged trained Band Troop.
  • The campus is not Wi -fi enabled as it leads to decrease in the speed and creates access issues since the entire campus network is on open internet access mode.
